Care
To avoid any inconvenience, take care of your EC3D garment. Avoid premature fabric wear resulting from rubbing against equipment placed over the garment. Also ensure that the Velcro elements are closed before washing or storing the garment, otherwise you could damage the fabric.


How to put your garment?
Given our garments’ high degree of compression, we advise you to put them on with care. Keep your nails short and well filed, and avoid pulling on the seams when donning them. See the “How to adjust your garment” section for practical tips, which will help you fully appreciate your EC3D garment and enhance your performance.
