What size should I choose if my measurements are in 2-3 different sizes? Measuring each part of the body that is covered by the compression garment is essential. For example, for shorts, you should measure the circumference of the thighs, hips, and waist. The largest measurement of these three measurements should prevail. When the measurements overlap, you are at the largest size of one size and the smallest of another. We recommend choosing the largest. Between each size of clothing, there is a 2 to 3 mmHg difference in compression. This means that even if you choose a smaller size, you will not have too much compression, and conversely, you will still have enough compression to feel the effects if you choose a larger size. Of course, it is always a question of personal comfort.
